Order Cancellation
Orders Not Shipped
Any order that has not yet been shipped can be cancelled. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Returns
Return requests are accepted within 4 business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all tags, labels, freebies, certificates, and accessories received with the order.
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Order Was Damaged When Received
We take great care in packaging every order. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 4 business days of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
Wrong Item Received
Although we follow strict quality checks, if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 4 business days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under The Following Conditions
- Product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or overuse.
- Product is returned without original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, or accessories.
- Original packaging is damaged or missing.
- Serial number, identification tag, or product markings have been tampered with.
- Product has been used, altered, resized, repaired, or modified.
- Return request is made after 4 business days from the delivery date.
- Free promotional products provided by the brand.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
